Your first point of contact at Structural Engineers Reports will usually be Jo or Michaela, who together bring over 40 years of experience in discussing structural concerns with homeowners and professionals. They will talk you through the service, answer your initial questions, and help you decide the best way forward.

Once you confirm that you wish to proceed, the booking and coordination will be handed over to Emily, who will arrange the engineer’s visit and guide you through the inspection and reporting process.

MICHAELA TOWERS

GILES WARD MA CEng MICE

Giles has a degree in engineering, is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has been inspecting buildings and writing structural reports since 1996.

DAN BAILEY BEng (Hons) CEng MIStructE

Dan is a Chartered Structural Engineer and a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers. He has a degree in civil engineering and over 25 years’ experience as a civil and structural engineer.

OMAR AHMED BSc MSc CEng MICE

Omar is a chartered Structural Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has a degree in civil engineering and over 10 years’ experience as a civil and structural enigneer.

EMILY WYATT

Once you have spoken with a member of our sales administration team and confirmed your intention to proceed, Emily will assume responsibility for coordinating your booking. Emily is an accomplished Executive Assistant and will oversee the scheduling of the engineer’s visit, ensure that the required service is arranged to your specifications, and remain available to address any queries throughout the inspection and reporting process.
