They will answer your questions, explain the service, and help you decide the best way forward. Once instructed, Emily will arrange the engineer’s visit and guide you through the inspection and reporting process.

EMILY WYATT

Once you have spoken with a member of our sales administration team and confirmed your intention to proceed, Emily will assume responsibility for coordinating your booking. Emily is an accomplished team coordinator and will oversee the scheduling of the engineer’s visit, ensure that the required service is arranged to your specifications, and remain available to address any queries throughout the inspection and reporting process.

GILES WARD MA CEng MICE

Giles has a degree in engineering, is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has been inspecting buildings and writing structural reports since 1996.

DAN BAILEY BEng (Hons) CEng MIStructE

Dan is a Chartered Structural Engineer and a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers. He has a degree in civil engineering and over 25 years’ experience as a civil and structural engineer.

OMAR AHMED BSc MSc CEng MICE

Omar is a chartered Structural Engineer and a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. He has a degree in civil engineering and over 10 years’ experience as a civil and structural enigneer.
